Refund/returns Policy

Providing the goods are unused, unopened and in original condition you can return them to us for a full credit, less any carriage charges incurred. If you are local customer and order regularly we will even collect them free when we re-deliver the correct items. If you have ordered something in error that we have had to specially order for you then there may be a restocking charge levied by the manufacturer and the credit amount will be reduced accordingly.
