Q. Do the prices include VAT and Delivery?
A. Prices dispayed are excluding VAT, many of our customers are VAT registered and prefer it that way. Delivery Nationwide is £6.95 plus VAT if your order is under £75, it is free for orders over £75. If you are within our local delivery area orders are delivered free to account customers, please call for details. You can also opt to collect from our warehouse at the checkout if you prefer.
Q. I am an existing account customer will my prices change or do I now have to pay a delivery charge?
A. No. Nothing will change, everything is same as orders placed over the phone, except you can order at anytime!
Q. Because I am ordering online do I have to pay up front by credit card?
A. No. If you have an account with us at the checkout simply choose Net Monthly account and we will invoice you as normal. If you do not have an account you can choose one of the other options.
Q. What are your bank details to make a payment by BACS?
A. It is Bank of Scotland Business Banking, Sort Code 12-20-29 Account Number 00430026
Q. How will I know which products I normally buy?
A. Once logged in all of your previous purchases are displayed in the My Account menu under Frequently Purchased. Regularly purchased items can be added to your Favourites, these will then be displayed in the Order Form in the My Account menu.
You can search for the products by entering the name in the search box, if you not sure of the name then use the Categories option from the top menu bar. Once you have placed a few orders online you can also reorder from your order history with just a click.
Q. Why should I order online?
A. You can of course order as you always have done but you will soon find the convenience of being to able to check previous purchases and being able to order "out of hours" will be a great advantage.
Q. How quickly will get my order?
A. As soon as you click Save on your order it will be entered onto our Order Picking System. Our warehouse will process your order and you will be able to see the progress. Local orders are normally delivered next day.
Q. Can I still collect?
A. If you normally collect we can set this up on your account. Place the order online and it will be ready when you call to collect. You can choose Collection or Free Delivery at the checkout.
Q. I have seen some similar products cheaper elsewhere.
A. Please contact us, many products may look similar but may not be like for like. We will always try to match or beat prices for like for like products. Once a new price is agreed it will be available online when you log in.
Q. I am not sure which products I need?
A. Email or call with your requirements and one of our sales team can offer advice and set up the products on your account.
Q. Are all of the products in stock?
A. Most core products are always in stock in our 6000 sq foor warehouse on Stafford Park. Some items are available to special order but rarely take more than a few days to arrive. If an item is showing out of stock on the web site it can still be ordered as normal. New stock is arriving daily.
